You don't have to worry about parking your car, we have exclusive free parking for 30A Flexspace tenants and guests only.

The entire building is Handicapped Accessible. Ramps and elevators help pave the way for a successful work day!

Our building is equipped with a fully functional printer/scanner/copier, as well as a fax machine and shredder.

All private office plans come with exterior signage with an option for interior signage for an additional fee.

  • Follow this link or select your space on the pricing page. Choose your time within the booking calendar. If you have not created an account, then you will need to fill out the form and agree to the terms and conditions. Next, you will enter your payment details and review and confirm your order in the summary. You will receive a follow-up email confirming your booking and providing instructions to enter the building.

    3.) Log in or create an account.

    4.) Review and confirm your order details.

    5.) Receive an instruction email regarding your visit and access to the building.

  • Booking a Private Office is easy! Simply visit our pricing page, scroll to the private office form and fill it out including an office preference, and preferred lease length, and submit. A team member will respond with our availability and walk you through the onboarding processes including account setup, contract agreements, payment information, and building access.

    To help speed up the process, sign up here as a non-member, add your personal details, review the terms and conditions, add your billing information, and then click sign up under summary. You will now have access to our portal and be able to explore our services and be ready for our team to begin your onboarding process.
